1. What information we collect

• Media you provide. We only access the specific images and videos you choose to upload for caption generation — never your photo library. Enfluensr does not store any images or videos; they are sent to Gemini models to process and generate captions.
• Generated captions. Captions created from your media are stored in our database with all user-specific information and source media removed. LLM providers may use these for training purposes.

2. How we use your information

• 1When you select an image or video, it is sent securely to Google’s Gemini API for analysis.
• 2The Gemini API processes the media and generates relevant captions.
• 3The generated captions are sent back to your device and displayed in the app.

3. Our use of Google’s Gemini API

• Service. We use the free “Flash” model of Google’s Gemini API to provide captioning.
• Data usage by Google. Under Google’s Gemini API Additional Terms of Service, content submitted to their free services, including images, may be used by Google to improve and develop their products and machine learning technologies.
• Human review. Google may have human reviewers analyze images and captions. Google disconnects this data from your personal account and other identifiers to protect your privacy.
• Data retention. Google may retain the data for up to 18 months.

4. Data sharing

Except for our use of the Google Gemini API as described above, we will not sell, distribute, or lease your images or generated captions to any other third parties unless required by law.

5. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the images and videos you provide during upload and download. However, no electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your consent

By using our app, you consent to the collection and use of your images and videos as described in this Privacy Policy.

7. Children’s privacy

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
